Forms and Rules
You will find all the forms and documents you need when entering the Bristol Blue 2025 on this page. You will need to complete, sign and return the Medical and Liability release forms in advance to save time on the day of registration. Email copies of your forms to BristolBlueComp@gmail.com
AIDA Medical Statement
Your medical statement MUST be signed by a doctor within 12 months of the competition in order to compete, even if you tick No to all medical conditions listed.
Failure to provide a signed medical will forfeit your entry to the competition and your entry fee will not be refunded.
Liability Release
Please complete, sign and return your liability release form in advance of the competition.
AIDA Competition Rules
There will be a briefing on the day to cover the main rules and regulations of the competition but it advised to familiarise yourself with the AIDA competition rules in advance.
