Weekly Pool Sessions.
We run a weekly Friday night group pool session at Jubilee Pool in Bristol. Our group sessions cover Static, Dynamic, Technique, Safety, Rescues, Fitness, Equalisation and Fun!
Lying still in the water with the airways submerged, maintaining a breath hold for as long as possible
All our sessions have an element of fun and enjoyment as well as serious training.
Swimming as far as possible horizontally underwater, with or without fins, on one breath, usually in a swimming pool
No matter what we are training for, all our Friday night sessions are run as a group with a lead diver. Each exercise is tailored to the standard of the individual making it harder for the more experienced or nice and easy if you have had a tough week!
